Metacade LLC, incorporated in Belize, runs app.metacade.co, metacade.co and Ratway. This page explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Your email address and wallet address, when you sign in. Sign-in is handled by Privy, our account provider, which stores these for us.
- Your newsletter choice, if you opt in, with the date you did.
- Game progress such as Crystals, streaks and personal bests. During the preview this is stored on your device.
- Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and to keep the service running.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data or share your email with partners. Partners can appear in our newsletter; they never receive the list.
- We don't ask for phone numbers.
Why we use it
- To sign you in and keep your account and progress together.
- To send the newsletter, only if you opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Your choices
- You can sign out at any time, opt out of the newsletter, or ask us to delete your account by emailing admin@metacade.co. We reply within 30 days.
Public blockchain data
- Wallet addresses and transactions on Base are public by design. We can't delete on-chain records.
Preview mode
- The app is in preview. Rewards, Crystals and Vault figures shown are for demonstration and have no token value.
